I. Background | |
神經(jīng)肽 Y(NPY)作為一種重要的神經(jīng)遞質(zhì),廣泛分布于脊椎動(dòng)物的中樞神經(jīng)系統和 周?chē)窠?jīng)系統。通過(guò)與不同的亞型受體結合,NPY 激活信號轉導通路,從而調節攝食 、能 量平衡、焦慮、晝夜節律和其他生理過(guò)程。NPY 受體(NPYR)屬于 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體家族, 目前在哺乳動(dòng)物中已鑒定出 5 種受體基因亞型,即 NPY1R、NPY2R、NPY4R、NPY5R 和 NPY6R。 NPY2R 是參與哺乳動(dòng)物焦慮和攝食調節的重要受體基因,其內源性配體是 NPY(3-36) 和 PYY(3-36),NPY2R 與 NPY 和 PYY (肽酪氨酸)的 N 末端截短形式結合。 |
