| I. Background | |||
| MUC17 基因（染色體 7q22）編碼一種大型跨膜黏蛋白，屬于黏膜屏障核心組件。其 蛋白結構包含信號肽、中央重復區（含可變數目串聯(lián)重復序列，VNTR）、兩個(gè) EGF 樣結 構域、SEA 模塊、跨膜域及含潛在磷酸化位點(diǎn)的胞質(zhì)尾區。這種設計使其兼具物理屏障與 信號調控功能：O-糖基化形成的黏液層直接抵御病原體（如腸侵襲性大腸桿菌）入侵，同 時(shí)通過(guò) SEA 模塊參與蛋白酶解調控，維持腸道上皮動(dòng)態(tài)平衡。 臨床研究揭示其雙重角色：在炎癥性腸?。ㄈ缈肆_恩?。┲?，MUC17 表達異常導致屏 障功能受損，增加感染風(fēng)險；而在胰腺癌中，MUC17 作為促癌因子，通過(guò)膽汁酸誘導加速 腫瘤進(jìn)展，并與 MUC4 共表達，成為潛在預后標志物。 | |||
